Interface
A point where two systems, subjects, or organizations meet and interact.

Interrogate
To ask questions of someone closely, aggressively, or formally.
" The police had to interrogate the suspect for several hours before he confessed."
Intervene
To come between two things to prevent a course of events from continuing or to modify it.
" The teacher had to intervene in the fight between the two students."
Iterate
To perform or utter repeatedly, or to repeat a process until the desired outcome is achieved.
" We will have to iterate on the design multiple times before it is ready for production."
Itinerary
A detailed plan for a journey.
" Our itinerary included stops in Paris, Rome, and London."
Jurisdiction
The official power to make legal decisions.
" The case was dismissed because the court did not have jurisdiction over the matter."
Jurisprudence
The theory or philosophy of law.
" He was a leading expert in jurisprudence and often wrote articles on the subject."
Latency
The delay before a transfer of data begins following an instruction for its transfer.
" The low latency of the network allowed for a seamless online gaming experience."
Layover
A period of rest or waiting before a connecting flight or train.
" Our flight had a long layover in Dubai before we could catch our connecting flight to Sydney."
Leverage
To use something to one's advantage.
" The company was able to leverage its strong brand name to get a better deal in the negotiation."
Liability
The state of being responsible for something, often a debt.
" The company's balance sheet showed a significant amount of liability, so they had to borrow more money."
