Strangling
To kill or choke by squeezing the neck; to suppress or stifle something, preventing its growth.

Subculture
A cultural group within a larger culture, often having beliefs or interests that differ from the larger group.

Subjugated
Brought under domination or control, especially by conquest; to conquer.

Subpoena
A legal document that orders a person to appear in court or to produce evidence for a legal case.

Taciturn
Reserved or uncommunicative in speech; saying little.

Tackle
To deal with or confront a difficult problem or situation directly.

Tad
A small amount or degree of something.

Tangy
Having a strong, sharp, and pleasantly sour taste or smell.

To make something less valuable or impressive; to damage the reputation of someone.

The study of design or purpose in natural phenomena; the belief that things have a purpose.
